Timely Touch Laundry Services Refund Policy
At Timely Touch Laundry Services, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Subscription Plans

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time, but the cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.

2. One-Time Laundry Services

Refunds are not issued for completed laundry services.

If a pickup is missed, customers may reschedule within 24 hours, but no refunds will be issued.

3. Express & Priority Services

Due to the fast turnaround, express and priority service fees are non-refundable once a pickup is confirmed.

If an order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a partial refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.

4. Quality Concerns & Re-Cleaning Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will review your complaint and, if valid, offer a complimentary rewash.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with service preferences (e.g., scent, folding style, etc.), but we encourage feedback for future improvements.

5. Incorrect or Lost Items

If an item is missing or damaged, please report it within 24 hours of delivery.

If an error is found on our part, we will issue compensation up to 5 times the service cost of the lost/damaged item, not exceeding a maximum of $100 per order.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 12 hours before a scheduled pickup will not incur a fee.

Last-minute cancellations (within 12 hours of pickup) may be subject to a $10 cancellation fee.
