Cancellation Policy
Timely Touch Laundry Services - Booking Policy 📅 Booking & Scheduling Bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance (set your preferred time). Priority Service bookings close at 2:30 PM for same-day service. Express & Standard services have fixed pickup slots. ⏳ Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before pickup to avoid a fee. Missed pickups without prior notice may result in a fee. Rescheduling is allowed . 💳 Payments & Refunds All payments are final once service begins. Refunds are only issued for services not rendered due to business errors. No refunds for late cancellations or missed pickups. 🧺 Laundry Handling Customers must inform us of stains, delicate fabrics, or special washing instructions. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items left in pockets. Weight limits apply per bag (25 lbs max per bag). 🚚 Pickup & Delivery Ensure your laundry is ready at the scheduled time for pickup. If no one is available, we will attempt one additional contact before marking it as a missed pickup. Delivery is based on your selected plan's turnaround time.
